I need help. i have dark spots inside my lips. i do not smoke or drink ?

Mucosal spots: Sometimes, spots like you describe are just spots and typically inherited from parents. However, even if they run in your family, they should be checked by your dentist and perhaps by a dermatologist. Changes in color, texture or tendency to bleed require further investigation, probably biopsy.

Spots: Probably of. No consequence but I would let a doctor or dentist have a look at them to give you a definitive diagnosis
