Get it evaluated: I have had several pt's with similar issues. I sent to a Dermatologist who did a shave excision, lesions came back basic freckles, and the sites healed well with no scarring and the colored lesions were gone. Either way, a skin Dr. can officially diagnose and treat the area best. Good luck.
