Let me explain: Do you smoke? If you do that one the reason. Other reasons. 1-dry lips. 2-sun exposure. 3-hormonal imbalances 4-dark spots of lips may also be indicative of a bigger problem, such as oral melanotic macule peutz-jegher's syndrome bad lipstick for womans. Good luck.
