The checklist we go: through for foul smelling flatus is malabsorption, gluten sensitivity, inflammatory bowel disease, carb/lactose intolerance, food allergies. But, of course, dietary constituents can also have a large effect and I would think beet juice could be a contender. Experiment: hold the beet juice for several days and observe. If persists, time for eval with your doctor. Good wishes:)
