Sore tooth: You may have fractured tooth, abscess, trauma, etc. You must see a Dentist for full examination and appropriate imaging to arrive at differential diagnosis and from that establish comprehensive treatment plan. Sorry, can't do this for you long distance. See your Dentist before your problem becomes intractable.
