Thyroid: Low thyroid would be a problem that could cause all three symptoms muscle pain migraine hair loss.Although the problems could be unrelated for example fungal infection could be responsible for hair loss.I would talk to your primary providerh.

Get evaluated: There are many causes for muscle pain, headaches and hair loss, including stress, thyroid or autoimmune. You need to see your doctor to get a good history, physical exam and appropriate tests.
