Could be fracture: The little toe bones can break fairly easily. X-ray can tell for sure, however is rarely necessary since a fracture normally heals without treatment. The little toe can be taped to its neighbor to reduce pain.

13 girl. sometimes pain in fingers toes knees hips back. fingers if i grab weeds/pencil, toes if i walk fast/w converse, knees hips if i walk fast, back if i stay bent to wash stuff. unsure if its like strain bc it varies could it be osteoarthritis?
