Needs med evaluation: Based on the limited information it is unlikely that you have heart failure per se. However, the arrhythmias, asthma, difficulty breathing, weakness and borderline EKG needs medical further evaluation. Please do seek medical evaluation as there are serious possibilities including blood clots in the lungs.
