Spine arthritis?: Spine arthritis is rare at your age. Do you have a family history of this? Do you have abnormal blood tests like HLA B27 antibodies? Need to supply a complete history of all symptoms and how they started, have a full examination, and possible imaging tests. Not sure if the symptoms are connected. Interesting that you said nothing about spine pain but have a diagnosis of spine arthritis - how?
