You are toxic: Knee and ankle pain mean that your liver is toxic and most likely affected your kidneys where you will have swelling of the foot and legs. A toxic liver will make you become Depressed. The affected kidneys will give you lower back pain although you did not specify where your back pain is. You need to be specific on which thumb and which elbow are affected.
