? anxiety/depression: ask your doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist or a neurologist for assessment, part of that would be blood work and possibly imaging studies, good luck

Ask for a specialist: When a primary care doc is stumped, it's time to see a specialist. Ask your doctor for a referral. With your symptoms, a neurology or ENT doctor referral would both be helpful in getting to the bottom of your problem. Good luck!
