Dizzy/diarrhea: Could be gastroeneteritis, could be mold could be carbon monoxide, (call the fire department today they will check for free in US)- open windows, Are you on travel? new place? May also be mycoplasma infection, legionella (old air conditioner) chlamydia lung infection f/u with doc urgent care
