Can peanut butter sealed in a plastic, peanut sealed in a plastic, vegetable sealed in a plastic, tomato sealed in a plastic and butter cause cancer?

Can?: In California, we have mandatory signs posted everywhere (yes, everywhere) that essentially say, "There are things here that cause cancer." In modern life, we just assume everything can cause cancer... which means it is not useful to ask the "Can it cause cancer" question when the chances are low. So, assume plastic wraps and containers can cause cancer, but presume the chances are very low.
