A member asked:

Can cancer patients eat peanut butter to combat weight loss? is it good or bad? will it increase the spread of cancer? if ok, how much per day?

Peanut butter: Peanut butter is high in calories but I wouldn't recommend eating massive amounts of it just to gain weight. You need to work on eating a balanced diet - just eat more than you usually do - in order to gain weight. You need a healthy blend of protein, fats, and carbs, not just fat. That type of weight gain is unhealthy. Also, I don't think peanut butter will affect the cancer.
