Not Janeway lesions: Janeway lesions are red spots that sometimes occur in persons with bacterial endocarditis. However, they would never be the only symptoms: if you have BE, you would also have fever and probably heart disease symptoms. If you are otherwise well, the red spots are not Janeways. See a doctor if you remain concerned.
