Bedsore care: The wound needs improved care and cleaning, with professional advice if possible, and maybe treatment with an antibiotic ointment or by mouth. Getting quality care can be a challenge in your country or setting (e.g. in a township), but best to arrange it if possible. Otherwise local cleaning plus an oral antibiotic like sulfa-trimethoprim or ciprofloxacin may help (check w pharmacist). Good luck!
