A member asked:

Are little spots on your scrotum normal? could it be a sign of testicular cancer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: Changes in the surface of your scotum are changes in the skin of the scrotum and not necessarily related to the testicles. Dark scab like lesions can be something called seborheic keratosis. But if there is any concern or ingreacing growth over time, see your physician.
