I normally take 1 65mg iron tablet a day. today i accidentally took 2. now i have a headache a little bit. will i be okay or should i see a doctor?

Depends on symptoms: Taking 2 iron tablets instead of 1, on just one day, should not cause any symptoms. Thus, one can decide on whether or not to go to her doctor, depending on her other symptoms such as headache. If a headache is severe, unusual, or coming with other new symptoms... it would be wise to contact her doctor.
