Success : It may be more likely that the person has schizoaffective disorder or mood disorder with psychotic symptoms. There are really great treatments now a days that allow people to live fullfilling & happy lives. However booze and illlicit drugs need to remain out of the picture. And the person needs to be compliant with their treatment.
