A member asked:

If i had bells palsy once on one side of my face, how likely is it for me to get bells palsy again?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Uncommon: Bell's palsy is rare to begin with. The chance of getting it a second time (on the same or the other side) is the same as it was the first time. You do not have a unique or higher susceptibility to get this condition even though you got it once.
