Skin conditions: that cause foot itching include allergic contact dermatitis (often caused by exposure to soap/detergent), athlete's foot/tinea pedis (fungal infection) or atopic dermatitis. Medical conditions contributing include liver disease, bile disorders, cancers, etc. Physical factors include moisture, irritants from walking barefoot, dry skin, infections. Try moisturizing steroid cream, ? anti-fungals.
