Irreg/menses: If you "cannot go on the pill" ( assuming you mean the one with estrogen), you need to see a gyn endocrinologist to evaluate your menstrual cycle and treat what may be "polycystic ovarian syndrome" (PCOS). Not enough information to give you a more complete answer.
