TLE: Studies show that people who suffer from Temporal Lobe Epilepsy are more likely to suffer from headaches of all kinds, and that headache can be the only symptom of a seizure. Both are paroxysmal disorders and each on their own can be disabling. If both are out of control, a neurologist is critical. Medication to control both is available, and a VNS unit might be considered if seizure control is hard to reach. Not unique to have both headaches and epilepsy, but certainly a profound burden. You may wish an epileptologist to handle this.
