MED. SIDE EFFECTS:: The symptoms you mentioned may be from her disease condition itself. Common Amoxicillin side effects are: GI upset/diarrhea, hypersensitive reactions (urticaria, rash, anaphylaxis), etc. See her pediatrician if something new or worsening is happening.
