Migraine : Can last for some hours if not longer. If this is your usual migraine that you always have you may need to see a doctor if your usual medications/strategy to terminate the attack isn't working. If this is a new or unusual headache for you please seek urgent medical assessment

Migraine : Migraine can be treated with painkillers like brufen . If there is no previous history of migraine or this is not typical migraine that you get or your pain killers are not helping then please see doctor .
