Light sleeper: Please make sure your bedroom is VERY dark and on the cool side. Avoid all screens such as phones, computer, etc. at least one hour prior to bed. Avoid all stimulants after noon. Please see your doctor to make sure all is well medically, rule out thyroid or sleep apnea. Peace and good health.
