Need diagnosis: The combination of ear pain, sounds in the ear , headache and hearing loss sounds like an upper respiratory viral infection. These symptoms need a specific diagnosis. I advise seeing and ENT doctor for specific diagnosis and treatment. The hearing loss if present is the most important of the symptoms to be evaluated.
