PCOS: Most with PCOS have the effects of estrogen increase (without production of progesterone with ovulation) which make the endometrium "thicker". Without ovulation induction, those with PCOS will have minimal success in becoming pregnant. See a gyn endocrinologist to get information about ovulation induction medication, so pregnancy might more statistically often occur.
