For the past few months ive been having really bad dreams and i wake up with my heart raising and im sweating is there anything i can do to stop this.

Nightmares: Please take a holistic approach to resolving your situation. Start /a check up from your doctor. Avoid computer screens of any type at least one hour prior to bed, consider seeing a clinical psychologist for a few sessions to sort out possible stressors. Exercise. Peace and good health.
