High HRr night sweat: What happens when you stand up? have you just started running or is this new? What was it before? If new Could be autonomic dysfunction -consider testing for POTS ( postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome vs rare carcinoid or rare lymphoma or infection. If female always check for pregnancy. Would follow up with doc.
