Herpes? STD?: HIV is not a likely cause. Herpes could cause multiple oral ulcers, usually not just one. Painful urination could indicate an STD like gonorrhea, chlamydia, or herpes, especially if there is also discharge from the penis. (But I haven't a clue how to interpret armpit pain when urinating.) Anyway, see a doctor -- you're not going to get a conclusive answer here or any other online source.
