PAC : what to do?: Diagnosis of premature atrial complex is an Electrocardiograph diagnosis. Do you feel palpitations and EKG during symptoms have shown PACs? PACs are benign but it can cause tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and related ischemia. Avoid alcohol, nicotine & excess caffeine. Regular exercise, maintaining normal bloodpressurre , cholesterol, blood sugar & thyroid functions will decrease above risks.
