For the last week or so i have been getting very intense stomach pains and cramps in the mornings. they seem to go away by midday. any thoughts?

AM stomach cramps: May be reflux/ gastritis with or without H pylori, what happens when you eat better or worse? Do antacids make it better or worse? or esophagitis ( including esosinophilic ) or may be constipation -are they relieved with bowel movement? or gallbladder. Would follow up w/ doc may need scoping, imaging and testing for H pylori.
