Letrozole/PCOS: Using letrozole for PCOS controls estrogen effects on uterine lining. If the "BC" to which you refer was oral birth control pills, it is uncommon to have bleeding that lasts "8 days". See your gyn provider for an exam. There is not enough information in your statement to provide more accurate information at this point.
