What is described is consistent with an ovulatory cycle. Although most women experience some variation in menstrual regularity after age 40, there are some who continue to have "normal" cycles through early 50's. If the FSG and LH testing was "normal" , your pattern suggests you are not in the true "pre-menopausal" reproductive phase.
