Boils, cystic acne: There are conditions of the face which can cause eruptions similar to those about which you speak, but your question strongly suggests one called cystic acne. It’s possible for this to be very nicely cleared if you see it physician or dermatologist. Do not let this go and produce Scars which will be there for your life, but see your doctor now!
