reaction is "Heck, anything is normal after running 50K!!" I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "left calf curved inside."I can envision that if your hip externally rotates,your knee moves laterally and your calf could seem to "curve inside." Due to overuse and possible strain and fatigue, your hip could rotate, I suppose. Bottom line: if transient and no persistent pain/dysfunction, don't worry
