I ran an ultra 50km on sat & abt 800m to finish line after 1km walk uphill & was starting to run downhill my left calf curved inside is this normal?

Well, my first: reaction is "Heck, anything is normal after running 50K!!" I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "left calf curved inside."I can envision that if your hip externally rotates,your knee moves laterally and your calf could seem to "curve inside." Due to overuse and possible strain and fatigue, your hip could rotate, I suppose. Bottom line: if transient and no persistent pain/dysfunction, don't worry
