Weird tightness/pulsing below right rib cage, developed into stabbing pain that sometimes radiates to left arm, back, and/or neck. feeling of something there where pulsing/pain occurs.

Pulsing: Pulsating symptoms are seen with artery movements and an aneurysm. Gall bladder dysfunction is a cause of right upper abdominal discomfort radiating around to the back. Your symptoms are atypical and I recommend an evaluation by a physician who will take a thorough history, perform a physical examination and order any appropriate tests in order to pinpoint the cause of your symptoms.
