Anxiety: Can be due to a medical disorder such as thyroid problem or cardiac etc or could be due to a mental health disorder such as depression or anxiety disorder. Recommend a check by a doctor as may need tests to exclude medical disorder. IF these are negative then options may include medication or psychological therapy and your doctor can refer / start treatment as appropriate. all the best.

Many herbs help, including tulsi (holy basil), ashwagandha, valerian & passionflower. Magnesium & B vitamins often help, as can L-tryptophan & L-theanine. Homeopathy & Bach flowers can help.
