If i had a rectovaginal fistula what kind of discharge do you get ie color etc?

Fecal material: Usually the effect of a preexisting path problem such as tumor with resection of uterus. The remaining vaginal cuff is prone to have fistula to bowel. In IBD the lower rectum can occasionally fistulize to posterior wall of vagina. What ever the etiology a liquid fecal like material will periodically drain into the vagina and discharge on the vaginal orifice.
