Doctor Visit: Tongue abnormalities are treated best by the speciality Otolarygology or ENT(ear,nose, and throat) doctors. Could be tumor that needs biopsy and diagnosis. Could be blocked salivary duct, stone, or even blood clot. More information is needed in addition to the photo. Best to start with a PCP and then specialist if needed.
