Circumcision: You can use tacrolimus forever. The .1% is more effective. Best treatment is circumcision, This is routine, quick, easy. Meanwhile you should be sure there is no urine fermenting under the foreskin. Retract the skin and rinse in the shower. Always blot the last drop of urine after you urinate.
