Low abd pain: Your description of the site of the pain is unusual, but assuming the pain is coming from the lower right abdomen, it may be due to ovarian pain radiating into the vaginal area, or inflammatory pain from an infection or endometriosis. Another source may be a strained inguinal ligament from exercise, which is aggravated by continued exercise/walking.
