I am feeling discomfort on right upper side.i also feel soft lump type thing under my right lower ribs,its soft to touch and it is painless.i also have shaky hands.my periods arrive before than actual date and also they last for just 3 to 4?

I don't think that these varied symptoms are interrelated. Right upper abdominal discomfort may be muscular or gall bladder or liver related. Tremulous hands can be familial but are seen with anxiety & hyperthyroidism. The lump & abdomen would have to be examined by a physician for diagnosis& advice.Appropriate tests will be ordered. Your gynecologist can advise you about your periods.
