I fell on my knees and hands branded hard on my knees, i had a bit of discomfort it felt like it was at my cervix now. i'm tired and my back hurts.

The mechanism: of injury you describe is very very unlikely to have had any effect on your intra-abdominal or pelvic organs! Look to another reason for your discomfort!!!! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z

Falls: Falling can be very painful. Since you landed on your lands and knees check for bruising. If you feel you may have broken a bone then an evaluation is warranted. It would be difficult to injure your cervix during a fall. If you feel you may have a back injury the consider seeing a doctor for a physical exam of the spine.
