Non specific: Haziness is a vague term. Radiologist should have reason for requesting study and referring doctor should have examined or been consulted by patient with additional information. If fever and cough, density could be atelectasis (volume loss) or possible early pneumonia. Chest pain as symptom might be from trauma, pleurisy etc. Symptoms to be correlated. Wheezing, hemoptysis other causes.
