My dad has stage 4 lung cancer spread from one lung to two, also spread to bones, prognosis poor. aprox long does he have to live? thanks.

Stage 4 lung cancer: If he is not on any treatment, not very long, measured in weeks to months. If he is already on treatment, how long depends on whether he had any response to a treatment. If the chemo gave him some relief for 6 months or more, then that is better than if he received chemo and relapsed in less than 2 months.
