Complicated uti: If you have these symptoms and a doctor has been diagnosing you with UTI and antibiotics are not working. It's called a complicated uti. This means that either the bacteria a resistant or there is some anatomical or physiology abnormality that keeps the infection from being cured. A kidney stone is a good example.
