Unlikely: It is unlikely that antibiotics for an ear ache can cause a uti. It would be more common to have burning from a vaginitis like a yeast infection which can commonly result from taking antibiotics. If it persists you should see your doctor.

Not likely the cause: I'm sorry you are having so many problems. 1st, if it gets worse you should see a doctor. 2nd, it is very unlikely an antibiotic (which kills bacteria) has caused you to develop an uti. It is possible that you do have a urinary tract infection, but yeast infection is also possible, and stds are also always something to consider. I hope you get better quickly, if you don't though, see a doctor.

Yeast infection: Antibiotics can vaginal yeast infections. Let the doctor who prescribed you the antibiotics know. One or two doses of Diflucan (fluconazole) should take care of it.
