Fever of 102 sense yesterday afternoon, headache, stiff neck,chills, middle stomach pain, ibuprofen doesnt seem to help, nauseous, pulse above 115.

Stiff neck and fever: This is an emergency and should warrant a visit to the emergency department ASAP. Given your age and symptoms the #1 condition to rule out would be an infectious meningitis. It may be viral but I would prefer that she air on the side of safety and make sure he did not have a meningitis given the fever, increased heart rate, headache, chills, and stiff neck. Please see someone immediately.
